Where Lasting Change Takes Root.

Meaningful change takes time.

Just as a seed doesn't become a flourishing plant overnight, lasting growth unfolds through small moments of awareness, curiosity, and settling. Each session builds on the last, allowing new experiences to become integrated into your daily life.

Many of us have spent years pushing through life's challenges. We keep going because we have careers to build, families to care for, responsibilities to meet, and people who depend on us. That determination is often one of our greatest strengths. But over time, constantly pushing through can leave our minds and bodies out of sync, making it harder to feel grounded, flexible, and fully ourselves.

Our work together offers something different. It is a space where you can pause, listen with curiosity, reconnect with yourself, and allow your mind and nervous system to begin working together again.

Over time, you may notice subtle shifts. You may recover more quickly from stress, pause before reacting, better recognize what your body needs, and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want to create.

Like every seed, growth unfolds in its own way and at its own pace. Whether you're looking for practical guidance, a deeper understanding of your nervous system, or a blend of both, the services below offer different ways we can work together, wherever you are in your journey.

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you move toward the life you want to live.

We'll begin by identifying what's most important to you. Together, we'll clarify your goals, explore what's getting in the way, uncover new possibilities, and develop practical steps that align with your values and strengths.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, making an important decision, developing new skills, improving relationships, or simply feeling stuck, coaching provides a supportive space to gain clarity, build momentum, and move forward with intention.

My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer fresh perspectives, introduce experiential exercises and practical tools that might be helpful, and support you as you create lasting, meaningful change. Every session is tailored to your goals, your pace, and your unique experiences. Together, we'll create practical, meaningful change that's aligned with who you are and the life you want to build.

Somatic Experiencing

Most of us think of stress as something that happens in our minds. But our bodies experience stress too. Our nervous system is constantly working behind the scenes to help us respond to challenges, recover from difficult experiences, and return to balance.

Most of the time, they do that really well!

Sometimes, however, an experience is simply too much, too fast, or too soon. When that happens, our natural survival responses - like fight, flight, freeze, or appease - may not get the opportunity to fully complete. Instead of returning to flexibility and balance, the nervous system can remain organized around protection.

We often notice this not because we remember a specific event, but because something feels stuck. We react in ways we don't fully understand. We feel overwhelmed by situations that normally would have seemed manageable. We stay on high alert, shut down, or have difficulty finding the sense of ease and resilience we know is possible.

Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, body-centered approach that helps the nervous system gradually return to its natural capacity for regulation, flexibility, and resilience.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or memories, Somatic Experiencing pays attention to what's happening in the present moment. Together, we might notice sensations, breathing, movement, expressions, impulses, images, emotions, or moments of settling and ease. These small observations often provide valuable information about what your nervous system needs.

One of the things I appreciate most about Somatic Experiencing is that you never have to tell your whole story to benefit from the work. You can share as much or as little as feels right for you. We intentionally work at a pace that supports your nervous system rather than overwhelms it.

Somatic Life Coaching

Somatic Life Coaching combines professional life coaching with body-based awareness informed by Somatic Experiencing® principles. It's an approach that honors the whole person by bringing together your thoughts, your body's wisdom, and the life you want to create.

We'll begin by identifying what's most important to you and the changes you want to make. Together, we'll clarify your goals, explore what's getting in the way, develop new skills, and create practical steps toward the life you want to build.

Along the way, we'll stay curious about what your nervous system is experiencing. Sometimes our bodies hold patterns of protection that make change feel harder than it needs to be. As we learn to recognize and work with those patterns, it often becomes easier to move forward with greater flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion.

Rather than choosing between practical action and nervous system awareness, we'll use both. My hope is that, over time, your mind, body, and goals begin moving in the same direction.
