Your Questions, Answered.

Not at all – but I'd love to know what initially drew you here.
If you're interested primarily in Life Coaching or Somatic Experiencing®, feel free to book that service. If you're not quite sure which approach is the best fit, simply choose Somatic Life Coaching. It's the most flexible option and gives us room to tailor our time together.
During our first session, we'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what feels most supportive. From there, we can adjust our approach so that our work together reflects your goals, your preferences, and what you need most.

I offer both.
I generally recommend beginning with in-person sessions when possible, as they allow us to build connection and notice subtle nervous system cues more easily. After that, many clients choose a combination of in-person and virtual sessions depending on their needs.
In-person sessions are available in Stewartville and Rochester, Minnesota.

You are welcome to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone conversation if you'd like to ask questions and see whether we're a good fit. You're also welcome to reach out directly to schedule your first appointment.

No. Seeds of Wellness provides professional life coaching using a Somatic Experiencing®–informed approach. I do not diagnose mental health conditions, provide psychotherapy, or bill insurance.
Coaching focuses on helping you increase self-awareness, navigate challenges, clarify goals, and move toward the life you want to create. If, during our work together, it becomes clear that therapy or another level of support would better meet your needs, I'll discuss that openly with you and help you connect with appropriate resources.
-
Absolutely. Many people find that coaching complements the work they've already done in therapy.
While therapy often focuses on healing emotional distress and treating mental health concerns, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next. Together, we'll build on your strengths, deepen your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system, and support meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.
-
No. As a professional life coach, I do not take insurance.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations occasionally arise, and exceptions may be made.
