Curiosity. Compassion. Science. Hope.
Hi, I’m Amy.
With a PhD and a Master’s degree in Public Health, I spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of science, health, and people. I focused on solving complex health challenges, leading large teams, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and living and working across Africa. I loved the work because it combined so many things that energize me: caring deeply about people, staying curious, looking for patterns, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference.
Those same things still get me going today!
I know what it's like to build a career, move across continents, become a parent in surprising ways, begin again, and discover that pushing through – over and over again – has a cost. Sometimes determination serves us well. Sometimes our bodies quietly start to let us know they're asking for something different.
That realization eventually led me here.
In 2024, I became a Certified Professional Life Coach and began training in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-
centered approach that completely changed how I understand stress and resilience.
It helped me recognize that growing through life isn't about pushing harder. It's about creating the conditions that allow all of the parts of us – mind, body, and spirit – to move forward together.
Today, I bring professional coaching, Somatic Experiencing principles, and life experience together to help people move toward the lives they want to create with more ease and resilience.
I especially enjoy working with people who carry a great deal: balancing demanding careers, caring for everyone in their life, and navigating life’s many transitions. Together, we’ll create space to tune into your mind, body, and nervous system, clarify what matters most, and build greater resilience and connection as you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
Thank you for being here. Whether our paths cross for a single conversation or a longer season, I hope you leave feeling encouraged, understood, and a little more hopeful.
