Gentle Support.
Meaningful Growth.
I'm glad you're here.
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes.
Maybe you've tried to think your way through the stress. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, or worked hard to make changes, but something still feels stuck.
Or maybe you simply know there must be a way to move through life with more ease, resilience, and connection.
At Seeds of Wellness, I offer life coaching with Somatic Experiencing® principles to help you reconnect with yourself, better understand your nervous system, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping your mind, body, and goals move in the same direction.
Meaningful change reminds me a lot of planting a garden. We prepare the soil, tend what needs attention, and trust that meaningful change happens over time. Every conversation, every new awareness, and every small step forward is another seed planted.
Some seeds grow quickly. Others take longer. They all matter.
Who I Work With
You might feel at home here if...
• You're balancing a demanding career, family life, or both.
• You're navigating a major life transition.
• You're carrying more than most people realize.
• You're a parent trying to care for everyone else while wondering when you'll have space to care for yourself.
• You know what you want but keep finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns.
• You're curious about trying Somatic Experiencing.
How We Work Together
Lasting change rarely comes from simply trying harder.
Often, we already know what we want to do. The challenge isn't a lack of insight or motivation. It's that different parts of us are pulling in different directions. Our mind, our body, and our nervous system aren't working together.
That's why I offer three ways of working together. Some people are looking for practical life coaching. Others want to focus on restoring their nervous system through Somatic Experiencing® principles. Many discover that combining the two through Somatic Life Coaching creates a powerful tool for lasting change.
Whatever approach we choose, we'll begin with what's most important to you and work at a pace that feels supportive, respectful, and sustainable.
